Dr. Jorge O. Cordova attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD) in 1995. In 1997 Dr. Cordova completed his two year General Practice Residency at Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Lyons, NJ where he covered all aspects of general dentistry including, restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery.

In 2001 Dr. Cordova established his private practice in Rockaway, NJ where he strives in providing his patients with complete oral care beginning with the diagnosis to the completion of the necessary treatment. His up to date knowledge of the dental field along with his charisma and good rapport with patients, staff and colleagues have helped his practice grow into a multi-disciplinary operation including everything from preventive, general and cosmetic dentistry as well as oral surgery and Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Cordova holds a license to practice general dentistry in New Jersey from the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners as well as being a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Being a native of the island of Puerto Rico he holds a license to practice General Dentistry from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Department of Health and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Herminio Perez attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) where he obtained his Doctor in Dental Medicine in 2004. In addition, he completed two-year General Practice Residency Program (GPR) at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in the Bronx, NY.

In 2006, Dr. Perez became an Assistant Attending at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. In 2007, he was appointed Site Supervisor at Westchester Medical & Dental, a branch of Bronx Lebanon Dental Department where he supervised and oversaw dental treatment. In 2009, Dr. Perez completed a year-long program in comprehensive aesthetic dentistry from New York University, College of Dentistry.

In 2012, Dr. Perez completed a MBA program in Health Sector Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Silberman College of Business.

For over a decade, Dr. Perez has been a mentor to many dental students, residents and young dentists. He has guided them to pursue their goals regardless of the difficulty or challenge.

As a clinician, Dr. Perez is a caring gentle dentist who is a believer in preventive and conservative dentistry. He works closely with his patients and listens to their dental concerns to provide patient centered dental care.

Dr. Perez is a member of the New Jersey Alumni Association, American Dental Education Association, National Association of Medical Minority Educators and New Jersey Dental Association.  In his spare time, Dr. Perez enjoys photography, reading, art and music.

Doctor Matute attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he obtained his Degree in 2020.

Born and raised in Ecuador, Dr. Matute arrived in America in 2010; the same year he enrolled at Kean University. Here Dr. Matute obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Dr. Matute enjoys teaching; the reason why in 2015, he was a teacher for Anatomy and Spanish. His dream of becoming a Dentist was always there, and in 2016, he was accepted at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Matute attended a General Practice Program at Mountainside Hospital )Montclair); where he graduated in July 2021. Dr. Matute likes all aspects of General Dentistry.

He is the first and only person in his family to pursue dentistry. He enjoys time with his brother. They love going to the stadium. Besides his family, Dr. Matute enjoys mentoring high school and college students in the pursuit of their dreams. He is a very active member of his community and he is always willing to give extra help when needed.
